The  new album of Denitza Seraphim “ThePilgrims Road” takes us on a breathtaking music journey in old Europe, through past epochs, fairytale lands and inspiring classical and folk traditions. Denitza composed her first solo album using authentic and modern acoustic instruments, forming a modern syncretic take on Western European music of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Denitza Seraphim takes on the role of a baroque singer in Kalin Nikolov’s latest theater soundtrack “The Merchant of Venice”.The production is performed at the Ivan Vazov National Theatre, directed by.Yavor Gardev.

The singer unfolds her voice in exciting neo-Baroque improvisations amid the electronic-futuristic musical picture created by Kalin Nikolov. The effect is thrilling!

The new Denitza Seraphim’s video clip “Sand shapes” is a fact! It was born in collaboration with the composer Kalin Nikolov and the poet and stage-designer Ognyana Seraphimova. The original song “Sand shapes” is part of the recent album of the new band “Kalin & The Seraphims”.

The Pilgrim's Road

"The Pilgrim's Road" is the newest artistic project by Denitza Seraphim. In this musical journey a group of 9 Bulgarian musicians take on the role of pilgrims who travel through Old Europe with their musical instruments. They play original melodies by Denitza Seraphim, inspired by the music of that time. She is the stage and costumes designer of the project.
